Position Overview
- The Production Incentives Analyst reports to the Vice President, Film & Television Production Incentives (VP) and is the primary collector of information pertaining to U.S. and International production incentives.
Essential Functions
- On a daily basis track, analyze, and provide a summary of all production incentive bills introduced in the U.S., Canada, and other international jurisdictions
- Create, modify, and execute appropriate payroll related reports for clients using Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, etc.
- Maintain the accuracy of the company website with regard to production incentive information
- Assist in the preparation of the production incentive newsletter, TIP Guide, and other related materials
- Develop relationships with representatives from domestic & international film offices and revenue departments
- Maintain department files, reports, schedules, contacts, checklists
- Participate in industry events as required

Requirements
- Undergraduate degree
- 1-2 years’ work experience
- Film production experience a plus
- Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Access, HTML a plus
